The Architecture of Fort Myers, Florida

I was recently looking at pictures from my trip to Fort Myers in 2011, and I thought I’d share some today.

Fort Myers is really pretty and was a great place to vacation. Look at that blue, blue sky! I wish I was there right now.

The Farmer's Market in Fort Myers is Beautiful! It was great, coming from Wisconsin, to see fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers in the middle of January. Photo by Holly Tierney-Bedord

Henry Ford and Thomas Edison were friends who spent their winters vacationing right next to one another, and I got to tour their homes while I was there.

Here is some information about each home, their restorations, and some photos from inside. I love seeing how people used to live!
