I tried some Wild Wood high protein super firm tofu this evening, and was super impressed. It was much denser and more flavorful than most tofu, and I have tried almost every kind. It was not packed in water and did not have to be pressed to remove extra moisture. I simply chopped it up, added some to the soup I had made, and it was delicious. It seems like it would be great fried (like most tofus are, only even better). Wild Wood will definitely be my main tofu from now on. p.s. It’s organic!
