Surviving Valencia

I recently came across the quote by Margaret Atwood, “If I waited for perfection, I would never write a word.”

This prompted me to finally complete my novel Surviving Valencia, which has been nearly completed since 2007.

Here it is! Better late than never!

A car accident robs the Loden Family of twins Van and Valencia shortly after they start college. Charmed, bright, and beautiful, they held their family together and elevated the Lodens to greatness. In their loss, a shadow is cast upon the family, particularly on the remaining child, who lacks the easy grace and popularity her older siblings took for granted. As an adult, her mediocre life seems to have been saved by cool, artistic Adrian, until pieces of his past begin linking him to the accident that happened nearly twenty years earlier.
