Sylvia Plath

I’m rereading The Bell Jar for bookclub. It’s as good as I remembered. It’s gotten me thinking about Sylvia Plath. Whenever I read a great book, I get caught up for a while in wanting to know more about the author. Many of my favorite books are or feel autobiographical. Many years ago I heard that a substantial portion of her novel based on her relationship with Ted Hughes had been discovered, but I have never seen it surface. If it truly exists I would love to read it.
