What would Gordon Ramsay do?

By now you’ve heard me sing the praises of Penzeys Spices a time or two (or three). It turns out I’m not alone. The spices used on the show Hell’s Kitchen are from Penzeys, but with their name cut off each label. Here is a blurry photo of our television, for your consideration:

I’m not sure what the story is with that, but I found it kind of interesting. Penzeys (though not for long) is a chef’s best kept secret!
