I have an unusual affinity for condiments. Lately I’m obsessed with Grey Poupon’s new Rouge mustard.
It’s a Cabernet Sauvignon and Blackberry Dijon Mustard, and it’s amazing. I made some dressing from it last night, adding regular and white balsamic vinegars, olive oil, and the Penzey’s Italian dressing base I’m always mentioning on here. I topped off the salad with some Almond Accents (Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper) and some croutons.
Adding the Grey Poupon Rouge to what was basically the regular vinaigrette I normally make turned it into a an even more delicious dressing. It’s also great on sandwiches or as a dip for pretzels. Seriously amazing and highly recommended for any mustard lovers out there.
